Job description We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Legal Researcher who will have oversight and responsibility for legal matters relating to our clients.
Responsibilities:Courts Systems deep knowledge :· Extensive knowledge of all UAE court systems, including Abu Dhabi courts, Dubai courts, RDC (Rental Dispute Center), public prosecution, Ministry of Justice (MOJ) systems, and Rak courts.· Follow-up on cases from registration through to verdict issuance. Judgment Execution:· Registering judgments for execution.· Effectively monitoring the implementation of judgments. Contract Management:· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all types of contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with UAE laws.· Drafting responsive memorandum for commercial and rental claims.· Attending rental court sessions and drafting necessary agreements. Representation and Client Communication:· Representing clients in legal proceedings.· Updating files and communicating with clients.· Attending expert meetings and representing clients' interests effectively. Legal Evaluation and Research:· Evaluating, analyzing, and researching all client legal matters.· Providing relevant solutions in the client's best interest.
Qualifications Bachelor of law2– 4 years at least of experience in legal firms in UAE UAE driving license is a must , Car owner is preferred. Strong Negotiation skills. Full proficiency in Arabic & English Preferred candidates who can join immediately. Working knowledge of MS Office and database
