• Manage and maintain the Chairman's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and visitors.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
Travel & Event Management
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
