About the role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven head of agro to lead and expand our client’s agri-inputs, seeds, and agricultural equipment business across the Middle East and Africa.
Our client is partnering with a leading organization to hire a strategic leader with a strong background in agri-inputs, seeds, and agricultural equipment to drive growth across the Middle East and Africa.

About the requirements

  • Lead expansion of agro sales and distribution across MEA
  • Own full P&L and drive revenue, margin, and profitability
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and regulators
  • Lead and mentor high-performing regional teams

About you

  • 15+ years in agri-inputs distribution
  • Proven success managing large-scale businesses in MEA
  • Strong exposure to B2B and B2C markets
  • Deep understanding of Middle East and African trade markets
  • Fluency in English; French will be highly desirable
  • MBA preferred
