Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic procurement office to manage the bank’s supply of products and services. He/ She will be responsible for identifying cost-effective deals and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services in line with the banks policies and standards.
Develop, lead and execute sourcing strategies.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
Assess and mitigate risks related to procurement activities.
Determine quality, quantity and timing of deliveries.
Monitor and enforce compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery and invoices
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
3 years to 5 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Additional Certifications in CIPS preferable
