A reputed Travel & Tourism company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Reservation Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle flight, hotel, holiday package, and travel-related reservations.
• Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and refunds accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Provide travel information, fare quotations, and itinerary details.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain reservation records and update booking systems.
• Achieve sales and customer service targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent, Travel Consultant, or Ticketing Executive in a travel agency.
• Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
