Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced AC Technician to join our villa projects team. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both split and central air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in villa projects.

• Work on both split AC units and central AC systems (ducted systems).

• Carry out copper piping, insulation, gas charging, and vacuuming works.

• Install indoor and outdoor units as per drawings and specifications.

• Troubleshoot and repair AC faults and ensure proper system performance.

• Perform preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.

• Follow safety procedures and site instructions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an AC Technician in villa or residential projects.

• Must have knowledge of split and central AC systems.

• Ability to read HVAC drawings and layouts is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.

• Familiar with HVAC tools and safety practices.

• UAE experience is preferred.

• Immediate joiners are an advantage.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Urdu; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
