What you'll be doing

Product management:

  • Manage, create, and remove categories and collections on the website.
  • Ensure consistency of product SKUs and labels with ERP systems.
  • Liaise with the purchasing team for new launches (in line with all stores).
  • Liaise with the commercial team for new brand listings.
  • Manage the launch of products, including content requests from brands and stock requests from the purchasing team.
  • Ensure all promotions are active online (including discount promotions, GWP, and PWP by country).

Merchandising on site:

  • Utilize sales and customer analytics to decide how products should be displayed online to maximize sales.
  • Guarantee optimum brand presentation in homepages, landing pages, and product descriptions.
  • Product assortment by best sellers, unsung heroes, and new launches to optimize sales.
  • Filters and main menu navigation update.
  • Homepage banners and content update to guide customers to our current promotions, newness, product recommendations, and best sellers.
  • Optimize product pages including product imagery, monitoring reviews, cross-sells/upsell, and product page u2018special offeru2019 banners.
  • Optimize the catalogue to increase conversion rates.

Stock management:

  • Monitor stock levels to avoid out of stock issues during peak season.

Coordination:

  • Work with purchase coordinators to ensure products used in marketing campaigns are online in time, share product links, and align with CRM for communications.
  • Notify marketing and content teams of new brand arrivals for photography so itu2019s ready to launch with the brand online.
  • Communicate brand updates and website changes with the team.

Reporting:

  • Analyze and report on best sellers by week, month, country, categories, and brands.

What youu2019ll need to succeed

  • Approximately 2-4 years of experience in online merchandising with an online retailer.
  • Analytical skills u2013 proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Detail oriented u2013 strong attention to detail to ensure product data integrity and website quality control.
  • Communication u2013 ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including buying, marketing, logistics, and product.
  • Technical u2013 good understanding and experience using CMS systems such as SFCC with ability to problem solve. Understanding of website fundamentals.
