Roles & Responsibilities

The Role

You will work directly with the Head of Product to own feature areas across the Predict365 platform. You will be expected to identify problems, define solutions, work closely with engineering and design, and drive features from idea to production. This is not a coordination role - you will own outcomes, not just process.
Things you will work on:

• Core trading experience - how users discover markets, place positions, and track their trades.

• Onboarding and activation - getting new users to their first trade as quickly and confidently as possible.

• Deposits and withdrawals - making it easy for users to fund their account and take money out.

• Retention and engagement - features that bring users back and keep them active.

• Mobile product - ensuring a seamless experience across iOS and Android.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required:

• 2-3 years of product management experience in a consumer or fintech product.

• Comfortable owning a feature area end-to-end - research, spec, delivery, and iteration.

• Strong instinct for user experience and user behaviour in real-money or high-stakes products. Weekly user conversations as a standing commitment, not an occasional thing

• Able to write clear, tight specs and make prioritisation decisions without excessive process.

• AI-native as a working style, not just familiarity.

• Have experience working with external provider integrations (payment gateways, APIs, third-party tools) and managing that from the product side.

• Based in Dubai or able to relocate; this is a work-from-office role.

  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with trading, crypto, fintech, or any real-money consumer product.

• Familiarity with payment flows - deposits, withdrawals, or on-ramp/off-ramp products.

• Prior experience at an early-stage startup where you wore multiple hats.
