Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to discerning lounge guests, anticipating needs before they are expressed.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the lounge beverage and dining service, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
- Train and mentor junior staff, sharing expertise in service etiquette, product knowledge, and guest relations.
- Manage inventory and stock levels for beverages and food items, placing orders and conducting regular checks to minimize waste.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-end F&B service role, preferably in airport lounges or luxury hotels.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management software.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken); fluency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
