Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough diagnostics on heavy equipment to identify mechanical issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and component inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Overhaul and repair complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring high precision in every task to avoid costly downtime.
  • Fabricate and install custom parts or modifications as needed, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness in solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Completion of a Heavy Duty Mechanics program or equivalent technical training from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the heavy equipment repair industry, demonstrating a solid track record of troubleshooting and repair.

  • Relevant certifications such as Red Seal certification or equivalent, validating expertise in heavy-duty mechanics.

  • Experience working with a variety of heavy equipment brands and models, providing versatility in repair capabilities.
