Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Oversee and manage all technical aspects of civil engineering projects, from conceptualization through to completion and handover.
- Conduct rigorous site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform project strategies and mitigate potential issues.
- Develop and review detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management, preferably within the industrial type buildings.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil industrial type projects (e.g., warehouses & Malls & residential buildings).
