Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will generate new business, manage customer relationships, prepare quotations, negotiate orders, and support company sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
· Prepare quotations, proposals, sales contracts, and customer communication.
· Negotiate pricing and terms while meeting sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
· Update CRM records, monitor market activity, and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
· Proven experience in sales, business development, customer service, or account management.
· Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; valid driving license is preferred if field sales is required.
Digital & AI Capability
· Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, Midjourney, Cursor, Windsurf, Zapier or similar platforms is preferred.
· Candidates should be willing to use AI and automation to improve productivity, reporting, communication, and daily work processes.
