Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Networking: Proactively identify, cultivate, and convert new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and building relationships with real estate agencies and developers.

  • Financial Assessment: Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments with prospective clients, translating complex mortgage products into clear, actionable, and personalized solutions.

  • Application Management: Guide clients seamlessly through the entire mortgage application process, ensuring high accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all required documentation to banks.

  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of changing UAE/regional market trends, interest rates, regulations, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the most competitive mortgage options.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with multiple banking partners to facilitate smooth approvals and stay updated on their latest lending policies.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Education: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  2. Experience: Minimum of 1 to 5 years of proven experience specifically in mortgage sales, home loans, or a closely related banking/financial services role.

  3. Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and developing a robust client base.

  4. Skills: * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Deep understanding of mortgage products, credit policies, and banking procedures.

    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

  5. Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a distinct advantage.
