Job Description

WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?

HR Systems Management

Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors) Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance Support system upgrades, testing, and implementations

Data & Reporting

Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, onboarding, etc.) Assist in building dashboards and analytics Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies Support onboarding/offboarding workflows in systems Maintain HR process documentation and SOPsIdentify opportunities for automation and efficiency

User Support

Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries Troubleshoot basic system issues Train HR team members on system usage

Compliance & Governance

Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies Support audits and data validation processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field1–3 years in HR operations, HRIS, or a data-related role is preferred Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus*MUST have a UAE Family Book*Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills High attention to detail and data accuracy Analytical mindset Good communication skills Ability to handle confidential information.
