Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a professional and presentable Female Bartender with strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations. Requirements • Previous experience as a bartender in a bar, restaurant, lounge, or hospitality venue. • Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation. • Experience with draft beer systems and proper pouring techniques. • Ability to prepare both classic and signature cocktails to a high standard. • Excellent understanding of bar operations, including: • Opening and closing procedures • Stock control and inventory management • Receiving and organizing deliveries • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards • Bar setup and daily operations • Confident, energetic, and active behind the bar. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Good command of English. • Able to engage with guests professionally and provide beverage recommendations. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
