JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Typist to join our travel agency team. The ideal candidate should have experience in typing and data entry work, possess strong computer skills, and be able to handle travel-related documentation efficiently.
Requirements:
Female candidate
Minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years of relevant experience
Good computer skills and typing speed
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and type visa applications, travel documents, and correspondence.
2. Enter and update client information in company databases and online portals.
3. Verify the accuracy of documents before submission.
4. Maintain organized records of client files and transactions.
5. Assist travel consultants with documentation requirements.
6. Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing tasks.
7. Track application statuses and update internal reports.
8. Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory requirements.
