Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Recreation Assistant to support the planning, organization, and delivery of recreational programs and activities. The successful candidate will assist participants, maintain facilities and equipment, and help create a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for individuals of all ages.
Key Responsibilities Set up, monitor, and dismantle equipment for activities and special events. Supervise participants and ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures. Maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies in a clean and safe condition. Provide excellent customer service. Report accidents, incidents, hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors. Ensure compliance with hotel safety policies and recreation procedures.
Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds. Experience working in hotels or leisure facilities.
