Job Description:
We are a licensed homecare agency in Dubai seeking compassionate, dedicated, and professional Assistant Nurses to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in the comfort of their homes, working under the direct guidance and supervision of our Registered Nurses (RN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide routine personal care, including assisting clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene.

• Assist with client mobility, safe transfers (bed to chair), and positioning to prevent pressure ulcers.

• Monitor, record, and report vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, blood glucose).

• Administer oral medications and assist with feeding according to the care plan established by the RN.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely electronic clinical documentation of daily patient activities and observations.

• Immediately report any changes in a patient’s health condition to the supervising Registered Nurse.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• License: Must hold a valid DHA Assistant Nurse License or a DHA Eligibility Letter.

• Education: Diploma in Nursing (minimum 18–24 months program).

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (Homecare or Hospital experience in Dubai is a strong plus).

• Skills: Strong communication skills in English, empathy, patient handling, and excellent time management.

• Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts (day/night) across various locations in Dubai.
