Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative interior design concepts, translating

  client visions into tangible spatial experiences.

• Experience using AI-assisted design and visualization tools

• Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve design workflows, generate concepts, create visualizations, and support decision-making.

• Manage multiple high-profile projects from initial client brief to final installation, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.

• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to integrate interior design elements seamlessly into the overall project.

• Develop detailed design documentation, including mood boards, 3D renderings, material palettes, and furniture specifications.

• Research industry trends, materials, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types.
• NCIDQ certification or equivalent professional accreditation is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering programs.
