Roles & Responsibilities
Support ongoing improvement of the Choithrams Retail E-commerce App (UAE,
Bahrain & Qatar)
Support UI/UX enhancements: navigation, search, product pages, checkout flow
Help coordinate requirements and testing with IT / developers
Work with the marketing team to execute e-commerce specific campaigns and promotions
Use data and dashboards to identify customer behavior trends and propose improvements
Support customer-centric initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention
Assist with basic weekly reporting (sales, conversion, retention, top categories)
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone in their e-commerce career who wants to grow
into product and digital growth. You will support the improvement of our Retail E-commerce
App and B2B E-commerce App, working closely with internal teams (IT, marketing, finance,
operations) to enhance UI/UX, customer experience and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital, retail, or FMCG
Comfortable working with data (Excel/Google Sheets; dashboards is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to “own” tasks end-to-end
Good understanding of UI/UX and customer journey (you don’t need to be a designer)
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Arabic speaking is a STRONG ADVANTAGE
