Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of diagnostic tests on biological specimens (blood, urine, tissue) with precision and accuracy.
- Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and optimal performance.
- Analyze and interpret test results, identifying abnormalities and reporting findings to physicians.
- Adhere strictly to laboratory safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control programs to maintain high standards of testing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in performing a broad spectrum of laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
Strong understanding of laboratory quality management systems (QMS) and accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, CAP).
Hold a valid professional license or registration from the UAE
