Roles & Responsibilities

The Manager- Marketing and Branding will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive client and people engagement, and support business growth across all DLI Group entities.


Strategic Development:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals of DLI Group and its subsidiaries.

  • Identity key marketing opportunities across all entities to maximize outreach and engagement.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Brand Management:

  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity across all DLI Group entities.

  • Oversee the creation of brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials reflect the group’s values and messaging

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance to optimize campaigns.

Events and Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for each entity, tailored to their specific audience.

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategic plans

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to business development team of all entities, P&C department and other support functions, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.

  • Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.

  • Analyze ROI of marketing spend and adjust strategies as necessary.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and industry influencers.

  • Represent DLI Group at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years relevant experience in Marketing and branding

  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides company leadership and direction.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the company Board of Directors.

  • Project Management & Time management skills.

  • Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of overall departmental function.
