Dubai Municipality G+1 Licensed Structural Engineer

Palm 'N Patterns LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Dubai Municipality G+1 Licensed Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural drawings and details.

• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams.

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and project specifications.

• Supervise structural works on site.

• Support villa, swimming pool, and landscape projects from design through execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Valid Dubai Municipality G+1 Structural Engineer License (Mandatory)

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

• Experience in Luxury Villa Construction

• Good knowledge of Villa Interior Fit-Out

• Experience in Swimming Pool Structural Design & Construction

• Knowledge of Landscape Structures and external works

• Ability to prepare and review structural drawings and shop drawings

• Site coordination and inspection experience

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• UAE driving licence is an advantage
