Roles & Responsibilities

1. Proven ability to design, implement, and manage workflow automations that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.

2. Skilled in analysing, documenting, and optimizing business processes while developing and executing technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

3. Experience in maximizing ERP system utilization, managing external technology vendors, evaluating solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

4. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and other cloud-based collaboration and productivity solutions.

5. Sound knowledge of servers, networks, firewalls, endpoint security, access controls, UAE PDPL requirements, IT governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

6. Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals, assess risks, identify opportunities, and deliver practical technology solutions.

7. Demonstrates strong accountability, works independently, and effectively collaborates with senior management, employees, vendors, and external partners.

8. Capable of driving user adoption of new technologies, leading organizational change, and staying current with emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 7–10 years of progressive experience in IT Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Operations, or related technology leadership roles.

2. Proven hands-on experience in building and deploying workflow automations, digital transformation initiatives, and business process optimization projects.

3. Strong experience in developing technology roadmaps, managing ERP systems, and driving technology-enabled business improvements. Experience with insurance ERP systems such as Saiba will be an added advantage.

4. Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, endpoint security, access controls, cloud platforms, and productivity ecosystems such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

5. Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, UAE PDPL, data governance, data localization requirements, and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with CBUAE IT governance requirements is highly preferred.

6. Prior experience in the insurance, banking, or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of regulated business environments, compliance requirements, and industry-specific technology systems.

7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive technology initiatives from concept to implementation.
