Roles & Responsibilities

1. Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems.

2. Diagnose faults and troubleshoot AC units efficiently.

3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.

4. Clean and replace air filters, coils, ducts, and other AC components.

5. Install and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, thermostats, and refrigerant lines.

6. Check refrigerant levels and recharge systems when required.

7. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.

8. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.

9. Maintain accurate service records and submit work reports.

10. Use tools and equipment safely and keep the work area clean and organized.

11. Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete assigned tasks on time.

12. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude while working on-site.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an AC Technician.

• Must be currently based in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of AC installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with split units, ducted AC systems, package units, VRF/VRV systems, and central air conditioning systems.

• Ability to read technical drawings and follow maintenance procedures.

• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.

• Knowledge of refrigerant handling and safe work practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

• Physically fit and willing to work at different project locations.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
