Roles & Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for fashion and home accessories.
Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded in the ERP/WMS system.
Perform daily inventory checks and investigate discrepancies.
Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock counts.
Reconcile physical inventory with system records and resolve variances.
Maintain inventory accuracy in accordance with company KPIs.
Warehouse Operations
Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of inventory.
Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse, retail stores, and e-commerce fulfillment centers.
Monitor stock allocation and replenishment requests.
Ensure products are stored according to company standards and safety guidelines.
Stock Reconciliation & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Analyze inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor slow-moving, aging, damaged, and obsolete stock.
Track stock adjustments, returns, and write-offs.
Generate inventory reports for management review.
Quality Control
Inspect received goods for quantity, quality, and damage.
Report damaged, defective, or missing items immediately.
Ensure SKU, barcode, and product labeling accuracy.
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers regarding stock discrepancies.
System & Documentation
Update inventory records in ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
Maintain accurate documentation for stock movements, transfers, and adjustments.
Ensure all warehouse transactions are completed accurately and on time.
Support internal and external audits by providing inventory documentation.
Coordination
Work closely with Procurement, Retail Operations, Logistics, E-commerce, and Finance teams.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient stock handling.
Support new product launches and seasonal inventory planning.
Assist in warehouse process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in inventory control within a warehouse environment.
Experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, home décor, or home accessories is highly preferred.
UAE warehouse experience is an advantage.
Required Skills
Strong inventory management and stock control knowledge.
Experience in stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
Hands-on experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite, or similar).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, inventory analysis).
Understanding of barcode scanning and SKU management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Inventory accuracy (%).
Stock variance and reconciliation accuracy.
Cycle count completion and accuracy.
Receiving and dispatch accuracy.
Order fulfillment support.
Stock loss/shrinkage control.
Timely completion of inventory reports.
Compliance with warehouse SOPs and audit requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience with fashion retail inventory and seasonal stock management.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory optimization, and replenishment planning.
Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment and omnichannel inventory management.
Experience handling high-volume SKUs in apparel and home accessories.
