Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Transformation, or Internal Strategy roles.
Prior experience working with executive leadership teams and senior stakeholders.
Experience in preparing executive reports, board presentations, and management dashboards.
Consulting experience with leading consulting firms or large enterprise strategy functions is highly preferred.
Required Skills
Strong management reporting and executive communication skills.
Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong data structuring, interpretation, and storytelling abilities.
Experience in KPI tracking, performance management, and strategic reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience in financial services, banking, or large enterprise environments.
Exposure to strategic planning and business transformation initiatives.
