Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development and roadmap for all contactless payment solutions, aligning with business objectives and market trends.

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contactless applications, from ideation and design to implementation , testing , and ongoing maintenance.

  • Manage relationships with technology partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of contactless services.

  • Drive innovation in contactless technologies , exploring emerging trends like NFC, QR codes , biometrics, and tokenization to enhance user experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field

  • Experience working in a cross functional team environment and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

  • Applications and integrations development with latest technologies

  • C# NET Core SQL Server Kubernetes and COM components SDK integration hands on

  • Contactless Ticketing Solution exposure and related applications

  • Knowledge of API related integrations and development

  • SQL skills to support business operations

Desirable

  • Certifications in database management such as Oracle or SQL Server

  • ITIL Foundation certification

  • Master of Business Administration

Years of Experience

Essential

  • 5 plus years experience in applications development and management

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Strong understanding of business concepts and general business functions

  • Ability to approach challenges with a diagnostic approach and find new solutions to difficult technology and business problems

  • Understanding of latest UX best practices and the use of mobile applications

  • Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues trends or exceptions to drive improvement and find solutions

  • Experience identifying business operational issues and recommending and implementing technical solutions to resolve problems

  • Ability to readily learn and adapt to new technologies industry practices and trends

  • Experience in application integration management

  • Programming skills

Desirable

  • Experience managing ticketing applications

  • Experience managing point of sale POS applications

  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C applications

  • Experience with data modeling tools and major DBMS systems

  • Design and development of integration and reporting services

  • Experience in project management
