Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the Landscaping and Irrigation industry. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing large-scale landscaping, irrigation, and contracting projects across the UAE and GCC region.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in a senior management role within the UAE landscaping, irrigation, or construction industry.
• Strong operational leadership experience within the Landscaping and Irrigation industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale landscape construction and maintenance projects.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects, project teams, budgets, resources, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping operations, irrigation systems, hardscape and softscape works.
• Demonstrated expertise in project delivery, resource planning, contract management, and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Arab nationality only (Mandatory).
• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
• Previous experience with reputable landscaping contractors, landscape construction companies, or irrigation contractors is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Candidates serving a short notice period (up to 30 days) will also be considered.
• Strong preference for candidates with extensive experience in landscaping operations, project management, and contracting environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects, large teams, subcontractors, and operational functions.

ملف المرشح:
نبحث عن مدير عمليات ذو خبرة كبيرة في صناعة تنسيق الحدائق والري. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة واسعة في إدارة مشاريع تنسيق حدائق، ري، ومقاولات واسعة النطاق في الإمارات ومنطقة الخليج.
المتطلبات الأساسية:
• خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في دور إداري رفيع ضمن صناعة تنسيق الحدائق، الري، أو البناء في الإمارات.
• خبرة قيادية تشغيلية قوية في صناعة تنسيق الحدائق والري.
• سجل حافل في إدارة مشاريع بناء وصيانة حدائق واسعة النطاق.
• خبرة في إشراف مشاريع متعددة، فرق المشروع، الميزانيات، الموارد، وعلاقات العملاء.
• معرفة قوية بعمليات التنسيق الحدائق والأنظمة المائية وأعمال الصخر الصلب واللين.
• خبرة مثبتة في تقديم المشاريع، تخطيط الموارد، إدارة العقود، والتميز التشغيلي.
• مهارات قيادة، إدارة فريق، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة متميزة.
• خبرة في الإمارات إلزامية.
ملف المرشح المفضل:
• الجنسية العربية فقط (إلزامي).
• يجب أن يكون المرشح مقيمًا حاليًا في الإمارات.
• الخبرة السابقة مع مقاولين محترمين في تنسيق الحدائق، شركات إنشاء الحدائق أو مقاولين للري إلزامية.
• يُفضل من يلتحق فورًا.
• سيُنظر في المرشحين الذين لديهم فترة إشعار قصيرة (حتى 30 يومًا).
• تفضيل قوي للمرشحين ذوي الخبرة الواسعة في عمليات التنسيق والحدائق، إدارة المشاريع، وبيئات المقاولات.
• خبرة قيادية مثبتة لإدارة مشاريع متعددة، فرق كبيرة، مقاولين فرعيين، ووظائف تشغيلية.
