Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and support all administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations.
Assist sales department by creating and assigning job cards, delivery orders, invoices in the system.
Communicating with customers and responding to their queries over phone and email including uploading invoices to customer portals.
Process gate pass / port passes for service teams
Handle hotel and air0tickets for the team
Schedule visa and medical appointments
Handle ISO related documentation
Follow the instructions of General Manager and assist him.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be able to handle multiple tasks
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Proficient in computers including Excel and power point. Exposure to ERP is an added advantage.
