Artha Realty Unveils AED 600+ Million Exclusive Secondary & Off-Plan Inventory for 2026 Sales
Artha Realty is excited to offer its team exclusive access to over AED 600 million worth of premium secondary & off-plan properties for sale in 2026. We are seeking driven and experienced property consultants with a passion for real estate and the ambition to earn six-figure commissions over the next two quarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research to provide clients with in-depth insights and analysis of UAE property trends.
Guide clients through property transactions, ensuring full compliance with local laws while securing the best possible terms.
Deliver exceptional service through clear communication, attentive listening, and personalized client engagement.
Organize and lead property viewings, presenting each property’s unique features and value proposition.
Act as a skilled negotiator and mediator between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes.
Stay up to date with evolving real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions to offer expert advice and maintain a competitive edge.
Leverage digital marketing tools and social media platforms to increase property exposure and attract potential buyers.
Collaborate closely with industry professionals, including appraisers, mortgage brokers, and legal advisors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and network effectively within the industry.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and property valuations accurately.
Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and close deals.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
