Roles & Responsibilities

Our Client, one of the largest regional industrial groups of GCC is HQ in Oman with presence in all the GCC Countries in several industry segments. This company in the the group is a leading IT solutions provider with over 45 years of experience across Oman and the UAE, serving both government and private sector clients. The company specializes in system integration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, enterprise networking, and digital transformation solutions, backed by a strong track record of successful project delivery.


The company is looking to hire an experienced Sales Professional for IT Solution Sales to be based in Dubai office.


Job Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the full business development lifecycle - lead generation to account closure.

  • Hunt new clients for the company and generate leads.

  • Acquire large Enterprise level clients for new B2B business opportunities.

  • Regularly update Sales pipeline status and forecasts, ensuring visibility and accountability.

  • Maintain strong client and partner relationship for mutual success.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of expertise in Software Solution Sales - cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, SaaS products, AI solutions etc.

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience with UAE market.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficiency and a successful sales track record with some of the technology partners like Fortinet, NetApp, Commvault, Oracle, CrowdStrike etc. is a plus.

  • UAE license & personal vehicle are highly desired.
