Key Responsibilities:

✅ Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
✅ Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives
✅ Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce planning
✅ Advise managers on employee relations and HR best practices
✅ Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies

Requirements:•
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of UAE labor law is an advantage
