Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules, ensuring all MEP systems meet design intent and performance criteria.

• Oversee the testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems, verifying airflow, temperature, and humidity levels are within specified parameters.

• Lead the functional performance testing of electrical systems, including power distribution, emergency generators, and lighting controls, to ensure reliability and safety.

• Coordinate and witness the testing of plumbing and fire protection systems, confirming water flow rates, pressure, and system functionality.

• Manage the generation and review of detailed commissioning reports, documenting test results, deficiencies, and resolutions for client and project team.

• Lead commissioning and troubleshooting of critical systems, including: § Plumbing & Drainage Systems § Electrical Lighting & Power Distribution § HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) § LPG Supply & Safety Systems § Elv Systems (including CCTV, BMS, security system, fire alarm, etc.) § Building Management System (BMS) Integration

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
