Senior Marketing Manager – Brand, Communications & Creative Lead
Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the company's brand strategy, marketing communications, creative development, project launches, experiential marketing initiatives, and customer engagement support. The role ensures brand communication consistency across all customer touchpoints while supporting sales performance through impactful marketing campaigns, launch strategies and integrated communications.
The position serves as the custodian of the corporate and project brands, ensuring alignment between marketing activities, customer experience, business objectives, and commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Management
Develop and implement corporate and project-specific brand strategies.
Act as the Brand Custodian for all company and project brands.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
Maintain and update brand guidelines, templates, and visual identity systems.
Conduct periodic brand audits and recommend improvements.
2. Marketing Communications
Develop integrated marketing communication plans supporting corporate and project objectives.
Oversee all internal and external communications.
Manage advertising campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, radio, and other media channels.
Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing and communication materials.
Support executive communications and leadership presentations.
3. Real Estate Project Marketing
Lead communication strategy for project launches and sales creative campaigns.
Support projects positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
Develop corporate & sales enablement materials including:
Support achievement of sales and revenue targets through effective marketing initiatives.
4. Creative Direction & Branding Development
Lead creative development across all marketing campaigns.
Manage creative ta, designers, photographers, videographers, and production partners.
Review and approve all creative assets before publication.
Ensure high-quality execution of marketing materials and campaigns.
Drive innovation in storytelling and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in Branding, Communications, or Creative Leadership.
Experience within Real Estate Development, Government, Hospitality, Destination Marketing, or Large Corporate Organizations.
Proven experience integrated communications campaigns.
Strong background in agency management and stakeholder engagement.
Experience leading multidisciplinary creative and communication teams.
