Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate into significant problems.
  • Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other essential facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance or related field is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
