Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of technicians, providing training and support to enhance their technical skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on HVAC systems, identifying issues and recommending effective solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role, demonstrating a deep understanding of systems and processes.

  • Diploma / Bachelors

  • Proven experience in managing teams, showcasing strong leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and develop staff.

  • Experience in contracting companies
