Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned, high-calibre Operations Manager to lead and optimise our large-scale blue-collar workforce operations across various Civil, MEP and maintenance projects. This is a high-responsibility role requiring a leader who has a proven track record of managing massive workforce deployments (5,000+ labourers). You will be responsible for deployment logistics, camp coordination, project site relations, client management and ensuring seamless operations across multiple project sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Oversee the deployment, daily scheduling, and operational performance of more than 5,000 blue-collar labourers across multiple Civil, MEP, and maintenance sites.

• Act as the primary escalation point for clients regarding manpower deployment, ensuring project timelines are met seamlessly.

• Coordinate the daily transport, mobilisation, and demobilisation of massive teams from accommodations to active project sites.

• Oversee labour camp operations, accommodation standards, and welfare, ensuring full compliance with UAE labour laws and safety regulations.

• Bridge the gap between corporate management, clients, and the workforce by communicating fluidly in English and Hindi to resolve conflicts, give directives, and maintain high morale.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 to 8 years of solid experience in operations management, specifically handling large-scale blue-collar manpower.

• Strong operational background within Civil, MEP, and Maintenance projects.

• Proven capability of managing a workforce of 5,000+ labourers simultaneously.

• Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory (Arabic or other regional Indian languages are a distinct advantage).

• Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory for frequent site visits).

• Assertive, highly organised, and physically active leader capable of handling high-pressure situations and resolving large-scale labour grievances swiftly.
