Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training in CIDESCO and/or CIBTAC Beauty Therapy programs.

• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, course materials, and practical demonstrations in accordance with international standards.

• Train students in facial treatments, skincare, anatomy and physiology, body treatments, waxing, manicure, pedicure, makeup, and other beauty therapy modules.

• Conduct practical and theoretical assessments and provide constructive feedback.

• Monitor student attendance, progress, and academic performance.

• Maintain accurate training records, assessments, and student documentation.

• Prepare students for internal and international examinations.

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, international curriculum standards, and health and safety regulations.

• Stay updated with the latest beauty therapy techniques, products, and industry trends.

• Support students in developing professional skills and achieving successful certification outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• CIDESCO and/or CIBTAC Diploma (mandatory).

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Beauty Therapy Trainer or Educator.

• Strong knowledge of international beauty therapy standards and examination requirements.

• Excellent theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in beauty therapy.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

• Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide students throughout their learning journey.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Professional appearance and commitment to academic excellence.

• UAE experience in a beauty academy or training institute is preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
