Job Summary
The Scaffolding & Formwork Manager oversees all temporary structures on-site. They ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective design, erection, and dismantling. This role requires extensive technical expertise with PERI and Doka systems.
Key Responsibilities
System Selection: Choose optimal PERI and Doka systems for project needs.
Design Review: Approve technical drawings, load calculations, and structural layouts.
Inventory Control: Manage the procurement, rental, and tracking of components.
Safety Compliance: Enforce local safety regulations and international scaffolding standards.
On-Site Supervision: Oversee subcontractors during assembly and dismantling phases.
Cost Management: Monitor budgets, minimize material damage, and reduce wastage.
Technical Support: Resolve complex engineering challenges on-site using proprietary software.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in formwork and scaffolding operations.
Expertise: Direct hands-on experience with PERI (e.g., TRIO, VARIO, SKYDECK) and Doka (e.g., Framax, Dokaflex).
Certifications: Valid advanced scaffolding inspector certification is highly preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, PERI CAD, or Doka Formwork Design Software.
Competencies: Strong leadership, sharp eye for detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
