Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

  • Efficiently manage, respond to, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel

  • Maintain organized office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and administrative support

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office functionality and a professional working environment

  • Provide support in basic IT-related tasks, including installation and management of office software and systems


Working Hours:


  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • 5 working days per week

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Skills & Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Experience within banking or financial institutions (FI) is highly desirable

  • Familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer) and/or Due Diligence processes (both simple and complex) is a strong advantage

  • Basic IT proficiency, including software installation and troubleshooting

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information


Language Requirements:


  • Fluent in English (required)

  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
