We're Hiring: E-Commerce Finance Executive at M. H. Enterprises L. L. C!

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team with strong finance and e-commerce expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate and manage tax invoices for e-commerce accounts in compliance with UAE VAT regulations.

✅ Reconcile sales, payments, deductions, and claims between e-commerce platform statements and MH internal records.

✅ Manage and execute transactions through the MH internal PAF system.

✅ Ensure timely processing and approval of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.

✅ Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, promotions, returns, and payments.

✅ Coordinate with finance, logistics, sales teams, and platform partners to ensure accurate order and invoice processing.

✅ Maintain records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports.

✅ Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on pending payments and claims.

✅ Support brand-wise profitability tracking and financial reporting.

✅ Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Key Requirements:

???? Bachelor's degree in Commerce or other relevant fields.

????Proficiency in Excel.
