Role Description The HR Manager at MINERIA LED E ACESSÓRIOS LTDA - TYRI LIGHTS will oversee day-to-day human resources operations, supporting leadership and team members in a part-time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The HR Manager will coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, and basic HR administration, while advising managers on best practices in people management. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, supporting training and development initiatives, and fostering an inclusive, respectful work environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations. Proficiency in Employee Relations, including handling concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting engagement. Experience in Performance Management, supporting goal-setting, feedback processes, and performance reviews. Ability to develop, interpret, and apply HR Policies in alignment with company values and local regulations. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment practices; prior experience in Dubai or the region is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leadership and team members. Strong organizational and time-management skills suitable for a part-time, hybrid work arrangement. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
