Roles & Responsibilities

  • Job Purpose

    Manage enterprise software licenses and software contracts to ensure compliance, cost control, and effective contract governance.

    Software Licensing Management

    • Manage license inventories, entitlements, and usage.

    • Ensure license compliance and support audits.

    • Identify optimization opportunities.

    • Support renewals, true-ups, and changes.

    Software Contract Management

    • Support end-to-end contract lifecycle management.

    • Review licensing, audit, renewal, and termination clauses.

    • Maintain contract documentation and track key milestones.

    Reporting & Tools

    • Excel: license tracking and compliance reporting.

    • Power BI: dashboards and reporting.

    • SAP Ariba: contract records and approvals.

    • PowerPoint: management presentations.

    Governance & Stakeholder Coordination

    • Work within IT governance and audit frameworks.

    • Coordinate with IT, Legal, Finance, and Audit teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • ~5 years of relevant experience in software licensing and software contract management within enterprise environments.

    Required Skills

    • Software licensing & contract management expertise.

    • Advanced Excel, working Power BI & SAP Ariba knowledge.

    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
