Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage all MEP construction activities from project initiation to completion.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Fire Alarm works.
Ensure all MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and UAE regulations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop construction methodologies, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
12–15 years of UAE experience in MEP construction, including at least 5 years as an MEP Construction Manager.
Proven experience in Residential, Commercial, High-Rise, and Villa Projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and Fire Alarm systems.
Thorough understanding of UAE construction practices, authority regulations, and MEP installation standards.
