Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including detailed patient history reviews and physical examinations, to accurately diagnose a wide range of illnesses and conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, considering patient preferences, medical history, and evidence-based practices, ensuring optimal health outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease, utilizing preventative strategies and lifestyle modifications.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work, imaging studies, and other specialized procedures, to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Board-Certified degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Completed a residency program in Family Medicine, demonstrating specialized training in primary care.

  • Holds a valid medical license to practice medicine in the specific state or region of employment.

  • Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or equivalent.
