Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying team across multiple construction projects.
Oversee project cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Review and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and tender documentation.
Manage interim payment applications, client billing, and final account submissions.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate contracts, and certify subcontractor payments.
Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders (VOs), claims, and contractual correspondence.
Ensure compliance with contract conditions, project specifications, and company procedures.
Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve commercial performance.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, Planning, Finance, Consultants, and Clients.
Review project progress and provide commercial advice to the project team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
12–15 years of UAE/GCC experience in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a QS Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Experience in Residential, Commercial, High-Rise, and Villa construction projects.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, contract administration, cost control, and commercial management.
Proven experience in BOQs, quantity take-offs, budgeting, variation claims, and final account settlements.
