Perform assembly, fitting, and cleaning of components and finished products according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
Operate production machinery, hand tools, and measuring instruments safely and efficiently.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and manufacturing processes.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
Report defects, non-conformities, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
Carry out routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines, tools, and workstations.
Support production targets by completing assigned work within the required timelines.
Maintain accurate production records, inspection reports, and work documentation.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of materials, components, and finished products.
Follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Assist senior technicians and engineers during troubleshooting, testing, and process improvements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
Maintain good housekeeping and ensure a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.
Work collaboratively with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to achieve production objectives.
Comply with company policies, confidentiality requirements, and security procedures applicable to defense manufacturing.
