• Root-Cause Analysis: Identify errors to prevent future losses.

• Stock Valuation: Match material values with financial ledgers.

• Report Findings: Prepare audit reports for management.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Regulatory Compliance: Meet local and industry storage regulations.

• Safety Protocols: Enforce hazmat and warehouse safety standards.

• SOPs: Draft and enforce warehouse workflows.

• Shelf-Life Management: Monitor expiration dates and stock rotation.

• Traceability Maintenance: Track batch, lot, and serial numbers.

Warehouse Operations Management

• System Management: Maintain ERP and WMS data integrity.

• Space Optimization: Organize layouts for efficiency and safety.

• Logistics Oversight: Verify incoming and outgoing material paperwork.

• Security Control: Prevent theft, damage, and unauthorized access.

• Staff Supervision: Train junior team members on compliance.
