Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all pipeline welding activities strictly adhere to project specifications, international codes (e.g., API 1104, ASME IX), and client requirements.

  • Should have good experience in Cross Country Pipeline Projects - Its Must

  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of weld preparations, joint fit-ups, and completed welds to identify any defects.

  • Oversee and verify non-destructive testing (NDT) activities, including radiography (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), and magnetic particle testing (MT), ensuring compliance with standards.

  • Review and approve welding procedures (WPS) and welder performance qualifications (WPQ) to confirm they meet project and code requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have good experience in Cross Country Pipeline Projects - Its Must

  • Gulf experience must

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; technical diplomas are also considered.

  • Hold recognized welding inspection certifications such as CSWIP 1, AWS CWI, or equivalent.

  • Demonstrate a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience as a QC Welding Inspector, specifically within the oil & gas pipeline sector
